What is LGSF Technology?

Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) is a modern construction technology that uses cold-formed galvanized steel profiles to construct structural frameworks. Unlike traditional brick-and-mortar masonry, LGSF structures are designed using specialized engineering software and assembled on-site using precise nut-and-bolt fittings.

This technology is rapidly becoming the gold standard for high-end resorts, farmhouses, residential cottages, and rooftop extensions due to its unmatched speed, durability, eco-friendly footprint, and resistance to environmental hazards like earthquakes and landslides.

Seismic Resistance

Our structures utilize high-tensile cold-formed steel sections with Aluzinc protection, making them ideal for high-risk zones (Zone IV and V) in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttarakhand.

Execution Timeline

Step-by-Step Construction Process

We translate architectural concepts into precise structural designs, fabricating components in our automated roll-forming plant and assembling them on-site.

01

3D Architectural Design

Our structural engineering team designs the framing layout using advanced CAD/BIM software to calculate load distribution and ensure Zone V seismic compliance.

02

Precision Roll-Forming

High-grade galvanized steel strips are fed into computer-controlled roll-forming machinery to fabricate framing sections with pre-punched service holes.

03

Quick On-Site Assembly

Fabricated panels are transported to the site and bolted together onto the foundation. Entire skeletal structures can be erected in a few days.

04

Multi-Layer Cladding & Insulation

We install exterior boards, vapor barriers, acoustic glasswool insulation in the cavity, and drywall on the interior for superior heat/sound insulation.

Core Features

Advantages of LGSF Technology

LGSF technology offers a range of advantages, including strength, precision, speed of construction, design flexibility, environmental sustainability, and overall cost-effectiveness. These factors make it a compelling choice for various construction projects.

LGSF structures are renowned for their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, which means they are incredibly strong relative to their weight. Steel, being a resilient material, can endure a wide range of environmental conditions, thereby guaranteeing the long-lasting and durable nature of these structures.
